Lead Infrastructure Engineer

The ideal candidate will cover a technical and production management role, reporting directly to the UAE General Manager. The role leads the end-to-end delivery of  multidisciplinary infrastructure projects , ensuring technical excellence, authority compliance, and on-time submissions. The candidate will also strengthen local production capability through team leadership, resource planning, and support to bids and client relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Lead technical production related to infrastructure disciplines

Lead design management and delivery of infrastructure packages across concept to detailed design and tender stages.

Build, mentor and manage infrastructure engineers and CAD / BIM technicians / draftsmen; allocate resources and monitor utilisation and performance.

Support proposals and bids : scope definition, methodology, staffing plans, programme inputs, assumptions, risks, and technical write-ups.

Act as a key client-facing focal point, leading technical discussions and coordinating stakeholder expectations.

Establish / improve templates, standards, tools, workflows, and lessons learned to strengthen delivery capability.
