Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive organisational culture
- Lead initiatives such as town halls, annual conferences, and engagement programmes
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for 85+ stores and HQ
- Implement HR policies and frameworks to support 2,500+ frontline employees
- Drive internal and external HR communications, including PR and engagement initiatives
- Manage performance management, compensation, and benefits programmes
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, ensuring scalability for future growth
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation
- Prepare for transition towards a Chief People Officer role
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
