Role : Retail Store Manager - FMCG

Location : Dubai

We are partnering with a global retail group seeking a Retail Store Manager - FMCG to lead retail stores in the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, profitability, and brand excellence, with strong commercial acumen, P&L ownership, and proven experience in sales planning, merchandising, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver top-line and bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
• Lead vendor and landlord negotiations to secure agreements and optimize margins.
• Oversee Relay store operations, sales forecasting, merchandising, and marketing execution.
• Ensure compliance with Relay’s brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience excellence.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
• Lead, train, and develop a multi-store team while driving performance against KPIs.

Requirements

3–5 years of work experience in retail operations, brand, or business management (preferably in FMCG, convenience, or travel retail). Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end business plans. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Hands-on expertise in P&L ownership and sales forecasting. Experience in marketing, branding, and promotional strategies. Open to travel and flexible to work on weekends when required. #LI-RK1
