Social Media Executive (Freelance Role)

Job Description

Spartan is looking for a creative and organised freelance Social Media Executive to support the brand's growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for trends, and is confident creating content that connects with audiences.

You’ll work closely withthe rest of the team to help manage day-to-day posting, create engaging content, and keep our community active and engaged across platforms.

Requirements

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form video and visual content that reflects Spartan’s tone, style, and energy. You should be fast, plugged into trends, and able to turn around high-quality content with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Write captions, post content, and manage the publishing schedule

Actively manage community interactions (DMs, comments, tags, etc.)

Monitor trends and suggest new creative ideas regularly

Track performance and report key metrics to the team

Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across all output

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience in a social media or content role

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms

Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Solid communication, time management, and attention to detail

Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
