Overview of the role

Are you an experienced Storekeeper looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to manage workshop store operations at Lexus Ras Al Khaimah . Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, consumables, and tools, as well as providing administrative support to the Workshop Manager.

What you will do

• Procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on instructions from management.
• Receive and inspect all indented materials to ensure quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely return of all issued materials and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager, including attendance record management and inventory audits.
• Maintain high standards of safety in the storage area.
• Monitor waste stock and organize disposal as necessary.

Required skills to be successful

About the team

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.

What equips you for the role

An ideal candidate will have a Trade related Certificate or Diploma in Automotive and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper in an automotive workshop. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
