Position Reconciliation Associate Experience Minimum 2 years Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Medicine MBBS or any medicalrelated field Salary AED to Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Company Accumed Description Job Vacancy Reconciliation Associate OP IP Accumed is seeking a meticulous and analytical Reconciliation Associate to join the Insurance Relationship Management team in Abu Dhabi This role is ideal for professionals experienced in handling medical claims performing reconciliations and managing payer resubmissions to maximize revenue recovery Role Overview As a Reconciliation Associate you will audit analyze and resubmit rejected claims while ensuring accuracy compliance with coding standards and adherence to insurance regulations You will proactively identify discrepancies and contribute to maintaining smooth claims processing workflows Key Responsibilities Audit and process all types of rejected claims OP IP and resubmit them with accurate justifications Identify denied or underpaid claims and initiate timely appeals in accordance with payer guidelines Ensure all claims comply with coding rules regulatory requirements and insurance standards Maintain daily weekly and monthly reconciliation reports as required by the team Achieve productivity and quality targets set by management Analyze claim issues and rejection trends providing recommendations to reduce recurring errors Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and submission of claims Uphold medical ethics and maintain highquality documentation in all claimrelated decisions Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Medicine MBBS or relevant medical field Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claims resubmission and reconciliation within the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE insurance protocols and claim processing guidelines Understanding of reconciliation TAT denial analysis and claim verification processes Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and handle highvolume claim workloads Performance Expectations Ensure accuracy in reconciliation and claim verification Timely compilation of reports and resubmission within required TAT Proactively escalate recurring rejection trends and issues Consistently meet productivity and quality targets
