The Marketing & Social Media Executive will lead the end-to-end marketing and digital presence of GEMS School of Research and Innovation (SRI), our flagship GEMS school. This role combines strategic marketing, social media management and campaign execution, to position SRI as a leader in innovative, holistic education.
The role is responsible for driving enrolments through integrated marketing campaigns, building a vibrant online community, and ensuring all communications reflect the school’s unique brand, aligned with GEMS Education’s global reputation.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, reputation, and enrolments.
- Manage digital, PR, event, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the school’s strategic goals.
- Lead on flagship-level activations that reinforce SRI’s leadership in innovation and research.
- Coordinate with Admissions to deliver campaigns supporting student enrolments.
- Oversee brand consistency across all school touchpoints.
Social Media
Develop and execute social content calendars for school campaigns.Manage community engagement and reputation across social platforms.Lead creative development for short-form content (reels, shorts, live streaming).Collaborate with PR and admissions on campaigns supporting enrolment.Provide school with toolkits, templates, and guidance for effective social media execution.Track, analyse, and optimise performance across platforms, sharing learnings with schools.Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Collaborate with Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and teachers to create impactful content and campaigns.Partner with GEMS Education Group Marketing for flagship-level campaigns.Build relationships with influencers, community partners, and media.Manage vendors, agencies, and creative partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
