The Engineering Coordinator supports the engineering team by managing project documentation coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders This role involves assisting with project planning tracking progress and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring engineering projects from initiation to completion Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and technical files Schedule and coordinate meetings site visits and inspections Liaise with engineers contractors vendors and clients to ensure project requirements are met Track project progress budgets and timelines escalate issues as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Support procurement activities including obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders Assist with quality control and assurance procedures Maintain organized records of project activities drawings and specifications Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field 2 years of experience in engineering coordination project support or similar role Proficiency in engineering software AutoCAD MS Project MS Office Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Detailoriented with problemsolving capabilities
