The job holder is responsible for conducting site visits and providing product service training to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves investigating issues, resolving them, and conducting technical and safety training to protect the company's interests.

The job holder is also responsible for executing service marketing activities to foster customer loyalty towards the ‘BOSCH’ service.

Operating Environment :

The job holder will establish user contact and conduct onsite training as specified by the Line Manager. Challenges include :

  • Tough physical environment
  • Responsibility for safety, including training customers on Do’s and Don’ts
  • Identifying causes of premature product damages, even when products seem to be in working condition but malfunction prematurely.

The candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and observant. They will investigate products to determine reasons for malfunction and must influence customers to follow safety procedures diligently to prevent risks and dangers.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues related to product, application, or usage, including joint visits with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
  • Implement service marketing activities and enroll customers into service contracts with managerial approval to ensure loyalty to BOSCH service.
  • Provide technical and safety training to improve product application and usage methods.
  • Attend training sessions from Principal’s representatives to stay updated on new technologies and products.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Line Manager to discuss issues and receive feedback.
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • High School Certificate / Diploma (12 years of schooling) or equivalent.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Technician Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical fault analysis and repair within a similar industry, including at least 2 years handling customer interactions.
  • Knowledge & Skills :

  • Sound technical knowledge of white goods products, their operation, and applications.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Negotiation and training skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficient in PC skills.
