Cost Competitiveness Manager - Dubai DET

Responsible for directly involving in managing the planning, execution, and completion of diverse initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with the D33 agenda and the broader goals of economic growth and sustainability. Adopting a proactive approach to risk management, stakeholder engagement, and integrating innovative technologies and practices to enhance project outcomes. In addition to optimizing resource allocation and refining project methodologies.

The Manager will contribute to the development and management of sophisticated financial models for projects, providing financial insights and analyses to support decision-making processes. By driving continuous improvement and leveraging financial expertise, the Manager will significantly contribute to the corporation's efforts to boost Dubai's economic competitiveness through efficient, transparent, and effective project delivery.

• Provide hands-on support to the project team in executing and implementing a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing Dubai's economic competitiveness.
• Actively identify potential project risks related to cost, resources, and timelines. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
• Oversee the development and management of financial models for projects. Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project strategies as necessary to address emerging challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive research to inform project strategies, identify best practices, and stay abreast of industry trends that may impact project outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project plans, schedules, and deliverables, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
