Overview
Operations & Management : Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Manage opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staff allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and UAE municipality standards. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the outlet at all times.
Customer Service & Experience
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate baristas and service staff.Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating employee performance.Provide ongoing coaching and support to develop team skills and morale.Sales & Financial Performance
Monitor daily sales, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.Report on financial performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to senior management.Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to boost sales.Requirements
Proven experience as an Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager in a coffee shop, café, or F&B outlet (minimum 2–3 years).Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of coffee shop operations and customer service standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic accounting principles.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.WhatsApp
