As a member of our A-Team at the intersection of AI innovation and marketing, you’ll develop viral content that goes far beyond reach : you’ll create content that sparks real emotions and inspires people to share. Using data-driven analysis, creative storytelling frameworks, and testing cycles, you’ll develop scalable content strategies that drive sustainable growth for our projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify viral content formats using qualitative and quantitative data
• Develop creative, data-driven content ideas and hooks within existing viral frameworks
• Produce and test video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram & more — from concept to execution (including smartphone production)
• Conduct A / B tests and performance measurements for continuous optimization
• Create content briefs for editors and creators
• Conduct research and deep dives in social media research for pattern recognition and trend analysis (hooks, EOVs, storytelling mechanics)
• Apply storytelling and communication models to emotionally engage and activate target audiences
