• Possesses a Comprehensiveknowledge of FIVE, including all Departments, Services, Experiences, and Award-WinningDining Hotspots
  
• Meticulouslycontrols every room, ensuring their cleanliness, operation, and stockingadhere to FIVE’s Remarkable Standards, resulting in Sensational GuestExperiences.
  
• Builds rapportwith all in-house Guests, recognising and obtaining specific individualpreferences to Curate a Bespoke, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Experience.
  
• Keeps a recordof guest history, including preferences, to maintain the Gold Standard ofCommunication within the Department.
  
• Expertly maintainsthe privacy and security of in-house Guests, always deliveringUnparalleled Levels of Care and Attention.
  
• Ensures theImpeccable preparation and maintenance of Guest rooms for arrivals, creatingan atmosphere that is nothing short of Sensational.
  
• Facilitates thecheck-out process for departing Guests, ensuring that the check-outprocess is always done with Next-Level Excellence.
