Job Overview A private entity in Dubai is seeking an Emirati IT Security Specialist with strong experience in banking and financial institutions The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IT security management and demonstrated leadership or team leadership capability to support and strengthen the organization s cybersecurity posture Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT security initiatives aligned with business and regulatory requirements Develop implement and maintain security policies standards and procedures Conduct risk assessments security reviews and compliance checks Monitor and respond to security incidents investigations and remediation plans Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure secure systems and operations Support audits reporting and continuous improvement of security controls Guide or mentor team members and drive security awareness across the organization Requirements Nationality Emirati UAE National mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years in banking financial institutions proven IT security leadership team leadership experience Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field Strong knowledge of IT security management practices and governance Strong communication coordination and reporting skills Languages Arabic English mandatory Salary Benefits Salary To be determined after the interview Additional benefits as per company policy and UAE labor law
