Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Human Resources :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance on salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
- Manage leave records and attendance tracking.
Administration :
Handle renewals and paperwork for trade licenses, visas, insurance, and other company legal requirements.Maintain and organize company documentation, records, and correspondence.Coordinate with government entities for necessary approvals and submissions.Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.Support management with any administrative tasks as required.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR and administration within the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Compensation and Benefits
Salary : AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month, based on experience.Annual leave and public holidays as per UAE law.Company visa.Job Details
