Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure adherence to EKFC’s safety management system, HACCP protocols, and hygiene policies. Maintain a safe and compliant environment for all staff, customers, and stakeholders while aligning with regulatory standards.
• Design and implement manpower plans, conduct effective onboarding, and manage staff training programs. Monitor and mentor your team, empowering them to excel while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Manage staff costs, including overtime and unplanned absences, while identifying ways to boost profitability across all lounges. Implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and drive financial success.
• Partner with the production team to refine menus, enhance food presentation, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality culinary offerings.
• Develop and propose exciting new menus, introduce innovative products, and recommend strategic pricing to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales, all within defined budgets.
• Proactively address customer concerns regarding food and service quality. Use insights from customer feedback to implement meaningful improvements that exceed expectations.
• Champion quality by adhering to ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and implementing EKFC’s Quality Policy. Regularly review processes to ensure excellence in service delivery.
