Procurement Executive

Steel Wood Industries FZCO a leading woodmanufacturing firm based in Jebel Ali is looking for a handson Procurement Executive to manage the full procurement lifecycle and ensure timely supply of materials that meet quality and cost targets The role requires a strong procurement background within a factory environment and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production needs Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms Raise accurate purchase orders with clear terms pricing and delivery schedules Manage supplier relationships and ensure ontime deliveries of materials and services Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation payments and credit notes Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures Maintain clear and uptodate procurement records and documentation Work closely with production logistics and other teams to support smooth operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline At least 3 years UAE experience in a manufacturing or factory environment Strong negotiation communication and vendormanagement skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation detail Immediate joiners preferred
