Job Position Stewarding Team Leader Supervisor Company Name Ramada by Wyndham Location Dubai KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team Monitor stewarding schedules and delegate duties Support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and sanitation procedures in compliance with HACCP and local regulations Ensure proper handling storage and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain inventory and requisition cleaning supplies and stewarding materials as needed REQUIREMENT 2 3 years experience in stewarding preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Basic computer literacy for inventory and scheduling systems Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
