الوصف الوظيفيTitle : Global Talent Acquisition (Contractor) Company : CoinMarketCap Location : Remote (listed under Global Village, Dubai) Job Type : Full-time Contractor Application : Managed outside LinkedIn Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and hiring strategies Source, screen, and engage talent across platforms Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting (phone screening, interviews, feedback loops) Maintain and optimize ATS tracking and candidate data Own candidate experience , ensuring clear communication Contribute to employer branding initiatives Support cross-functional HR or People Ops projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience
- Preferably from tech, fintech, or Web3 / Crypto environments
- Excellent communication + relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently in fast-paced, remote settings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure
- Experience hiring for Web3 / Crypto roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exposure to global recruiting or working across multiple time zones
