Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain group seeking a dynamic Head of Growth (Group) to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the group-wide commercial and growth strategy to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Drive sales performance, forecasting, and business development across multiple countries.
- Build scalable sales and business development frameworks, systems, and procedures.
- Support M&A activities including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- Oversee product development, optimisation, and alignment with market needs.
- Collaborate closely with country managers to implement strategies and promote coaching culture.
- Develop consolidated revenue forecasts, sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for the CEO.
- Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Drive infrastructure readiness by implementing efficient sales processes and technology.
- Support organisational culture by embedding core values, leadership principles, and risk management practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.Minimum 10 years’ experience in growth, commercial, or strategy roles within logistics, supply chain, or adjacent B2B sectors.Proven leadership skills with strong analytical and execution capabilities.Experience in management consulting, preferably with logistics and supply chain exposure.Deep understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and commercial operations.This is a confidential search conducted by JOH Partners.
