Key Qualifications Experience Academic Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field Experience 5 years of experience as a Technical Coordinator with a focus on interior fitout projects commercial and residential Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of interior fitout construction processes materials and finishes Project Coordination Proven ability to oversee project timelines budgets and ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholders design teams contractors suppliers and clients UAE Regulations Indepth understanding of UAE building codes standards and regulations related to interior fitout ProblemSolving Ability to identify technical issues early propose solutions and ensure that project milestones are met with highquality results Software Proficiency Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit knowledge is a plus 3D Max SketchUp and other technical software to manage and track project details Key Responsibilities Oversee the technical coordination of interior fitout projects ensuring designs are executed efficiently and within set timelines Liaise between architects designers contractors and clients to ensure all technical aspects of the project are clear and wellcoordinated Monitor project progress identify potential issues and resolve them proactively to avoid delays Prepare and review technical documentation drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements Provide support to the Technical Manager and team assisting in cost estimation resource allocation and procurement of materials If you are an experienced Technical Coordinator with interior fitout experience we want you to help shape our next landmark projects in the UAE
