We are actively seeking a talented Institutional Sales Representative (based in Dubai) to join our team and contribute to our success.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Forex / Financial Brokerage industry, with experience in offering CFD liquidity
• Extensive business network within the UAE is preferred
• Strong knowledge of FX markets and CFD specifics in the region
• Excellent interpersonal skills : sales-oriented, ability to maintain client interest, and close deals exceeding targets
• Proactive, able to generate and expand business independently
• Problem-solving skills, ability to work under deadlines, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
• Experience in selling payment solutions or technology to brokers is advantageous
• Based in Dubai with willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Ability to generate leads through personal networks and networking events
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
• Present products to prospective clients remotely or in person
• Prepare business plans for the targeted region
• Engage with prospective clients via email, social media, and phone calls
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams
• Stay informed about industry developments
• Represent the company at expos and external meetings
• Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects, providing ongoing support
