Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to lead technical projects oversee engineering processes and mentor junior staff The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions aligned with company goals Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of engineering projects Conduct detailed technical analysis and prepare specifications reports and documentation Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met Review and approve engineering drawings plans and procedures Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing systems for efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards industry regulations and quality standards Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians Participate in the procurement process including technical evaluation of suppliers and contractors Continuously explore new technologies and recommend improvements Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Software Engineering or related field Masters preferred X years of relevant engineering experience with at least Y years in a senior role Strong technical knowledge in specific field or technology Proficiency in CAD CAE or relevant engineering software Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
