Web Developer - Brand Platforms FZCO

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• WordPress experience.
• Should have basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Strong web development and ecommerce skills.
• Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
• Create WordPress plug-ins and themes.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Well versed in WooCommerce.
• Be up to date on the latest trends in design and technology.
• Ideate and create website layouts for Brand Platforms and its clients alike.
• Create user-friendly interfaces that is presentable, functional and optimised.
• Be well versed in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, etc.
• Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP),
• Assist in Multimedia Content Development.
• Custom ACF (Custom Fields and Fields group).
• Proficient Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Exposure in Development life cycle like Git, SQL, UI,CI/CD etc.
• Test the websites created for gaps or problems and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• Optimise images, videos, gifs etc on the websites.
• Track analytics, monitor website visitors and find ways to increase visitors.
• Carry out regular maintenance of sites.
• Carry out front and back-end data integration and collection and web development.

Preferred:

• Understanding of Google Analytics and ECommerce View.
• Basic SEM and SEO knowledge
• SEO Analytics.
• AdWords/Analytics certified.
