Role Description :

Property Sales / Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential property.

Typical tasks include :

• Collecting information about properties and arranging marketing materials.
• Staying updated on Dubai's residential property regulations.
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiating with prospective buyers / tenants and sellers / landlords from viewing to offer stage.
• Monitoring sales and lets with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Following up with clients after viewings through regular care calls.
• Keeping abreast of local market trends.
• Generating new business via the company database and networking.
