8Flamez (co-founded by AboFlah) is looking for a creative, hyper-energetic, borderline meme-obsessed Social Media Content Specialist to join our team! We’re launching AboFlah’s very own Kings League team, and we need someone to bring its story to life online. Experience running big social accounts is great but creativity and energy matter more. Someone who practically lives on social media but ALWAYS finds fresh ways to excite fans. We’re a little team behind the BIGGEST YouTube creator in the Middle East, and now we’re taking on the sports world. We want someone who is excited to work hard and be TOTALLY willing to learn. You will help us turn every epic goal, moment and meme into social media gold, rallying a massive fan community around our journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own our team’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter (X) and more: daily posts, epic stories, live updates and viral trends, you’ll do it all to get fans hyped.
• Create scroll-stopping content from every match and behind-the-scenes moment: think highlight clips, locker room banter, player challenges + content that sparks shares and conversation.
• Engage with our community nonstop: respond to comments and DMs, start fun conversations, drop memes, and make every fan feel like part of the squad. (You’re the voice of the team!)

• DUBAI-BASED (UAE). You need to be here with us (remote for a bit is OK, but Dubai is where the action is!).
• BILINGUAL BOSS. Fluent in English & Arabic. You can switch between languages to interact with our diverse fanbase.

Operations Manager

8Flamez (co-founded by AboFlah) is looking for a crazy organized, super-driven, borderline obsessive Operations Manager to join our team! This isn’t just any role, it’s to help run AboFlah’s very own team in Gerard Piqué’s Kings League (the groundbreaking 7-a-side football league). Experience managing projects or sports operations is a plus, but the RIGHT attitude is what matters most. Someone who stays cool under pressure but ALWAYS delivers results. We’re a little team behind the BIGGEST YouTube creator in the Middle East, and now we’re breaking into sports entertainment. We want someone who is excited to work hard and be TOTALLY willing to learn. You will help us run the show behind the scenes, making sure our team meets every league requirement, every schedule is set, and nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be the go-to liaison between our team and Kings League HQ, handling all communications and ensuring we hit every deadline and requirement.
• Oversee all team logistics and operations: schedules, travel for matches (hello, Riyadh!), player coordination, and event planning; keep everything running like clockwork.
• Turn big ideas into reality: whether it’s a fan meetup, a merch launch or a sponsorship deal, you’ll coordinate with AboFlah and 8Flamez to make it happen on the ground.
