We are seeking an academic leader who can unify execution across diverse school models, raise the standard of academic leadership, and represent the movement grounded in rigorous learning science.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating academic frameworks that translate learning science into practical guidance for curriculum, motivation systems, and app design.
• Leading academic execution reviews across Heads of Academics to ensure school teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering results.
• Synthesizing data, interviews, and observations into academic ecosystem reviews that identify high-leverage barriers to accelerated learning and propose actionable interventions.
• Driving strategic alignment through planning, feedback loops, and milestone tracking to maintain focus on student learning goals.
• Representing 2 Hour Learning at high-level engagements, from keynote stages to sessions with Ministries of Education, driving systemic change in how education is approached.

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
