Barista Position - Dubai
Salary: 1400 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. We are willing to consider immigrants with the right qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of barista experience in a busy café
• Passion and enthusiasm for making perfect coffee beverages
• Knowledge of different types of coffees, brewing methods, and espresso machines
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot drinks including coffee, espresso, cappuccino etc. following customer orders according to the set standards
• Greet customers politely and take their orders accurately
• Take payment from customers or operate cash registers when needed
• Receive stock deliveries, store merchandise properly, restock supplies when necessary
• Clean the café area, tables, chairs, dishes etc. on a daily basis
