Procurement Engineer Job Location United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company policies Prepare and evaluate RFQs RFIs and RFPs for materials equipment and services Source and select reliable suppliers and contractors negotiating terms and prices Review and approve purchase orders contracts and agreements Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality delivery or compliance Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records Stay updated with market trends pricing and new suppliers Ensure adherence to safety quality and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience in procurement within facilities management or construction sectors Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of UAE market regulations and supplier networks
