Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all financial activities related to the construction projects Develop implement and monitor financial strategies budgets and forecasts Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies Oversee financial analysis cost control and cash flow management Collaborate with project managers and senior management to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking Ensure proper utilization and management of Oracle financial systems Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls Supervise the finance team and coordinate with auditors during audits Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction industry Extensive handson expertise with Oracle financial systems Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field CPA or CMA preferred Strong analytical leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Sound knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in the UAE
