Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate laboratory staff and activities Ensure all laboratory tests experiments and analyses are conducted accurately and on schedule Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and proper functioning Implement and enforce laboratory safety quality and compliance standards Review and verify test results maintaining documentation and records Train and mentor lab technicians and junior staff Manage inventory of chemicals reagents and laboratory supplies Support R D quality control or production teams with technical expertise Generate reports and communicate findings to management or clients Requirements Diploma Graduate or relevant qualification in Chemistry Biology Life Sciences or related field Prior experience as a Laboratory Supervisor or senior lab technician Strong technical knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards ISO GLP GMP as applicable Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
