Maintenance Site Manager role at KBR, Inc. Title : Maintenance Site Manager. Job Title : Maintenance Site Coordinator / Manager. Division : KBR is looking for a Site Manager to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring maintenance resources provide a productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work area
• Support deployment of services in various areas as per workload
• Will coordinate & support in planning of services
• Ensure that the services are performed safely and as per requirements
• Coordinate with Site supervisors and keep daily attendance and report absenteeism. Coordinate with Supervisors for any requirement of any extended time work for any craft and arrange accordingly.
• Ensure the safety of all employees mobilized; ensure adequate PPEs as per the contractual requirement are availed at site.
• Ensure transportation arrangement for employees are well coordinated and they enter Refinery well ahead of time.
• Coordinate for any emergency transportation during duty hours and off-duty hours to bring people for site to Refinery and vice versa for emergency works.
• Settle grievances of employees with management.
