Fulltime Dubai 6 days week AHS Catering Events is looking for an experienced and dependable Catering Supervisor to join our growing team and take charge of event execution with style speed and precision Key Responsibilities Supervise catering staff during setup service and breakdown Ensure events run smoothly and according to client expectations Coordinate with chefs waitstaff and logistics teams onsite Oversee buffet and live station presentation flow Manage event checklists packing lists and postevent reporting Support training of junior staff and maintain service standards Communicate directly with clients during events when needed You Are Experienced in catering or hospitality supervision in the UAE Confident in managing medium to large events Organized handson and quick on your feet Able to lead by example and maintain team discipline Presentable professional and clientfocused Flexible to work long hours weekends and multiple events per day if needed This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments and wants to grow with a leading luxury catering brand
