About the Role

As Country Manager – UAE, you’ll be the face and force behind PropFundX’s presence in the UAE market. You’ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development.

We’re looking for someone who knows the UAE affiliate and trading ecosystem inside out, and is ready to make real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy
• Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network in the UAE
• Act as PropFundX’s ambassador in the local fintech, trading, and affiliate space
• Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to UAE users
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team
