Relationship Manager (Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the financial industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the financial sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Forex industry, focusing on sales and customer service, including client acquisition, business development, and client retention.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C Key Accounts, Business Development, Sales, or as a Financial Advisor.
  • Knowledge of Stock, Forex, Fund Management, Unit Trust, or CFD products is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and personal traits necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results consistently, ensuring sales targets are met monthly and quarterly.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to bring humor to the team are desirable.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a demanding environment.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to take on bigger responsibilities and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and Lirunex.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ and traders’ markets, including competitive analysis and growth strategies.
  • Build a pipeline of potential partners through social channels.
  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, coordinate issue resolution, and participate in industry and partner events.
  • Lead digital activities such as content creation and customer engagement to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
