Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Provide personalized shopping experiences and expert product knowledge

Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive selling

Client Relationships : Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Visual Merchandising : Ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-stocked

Payment Processing : Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately

Market Insights : Share customer feedback and trends with the management team

Store Operations : Assist with opening / closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized space

Additional Duties

• Participate in sales training and product launches
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
