Position IT Support Experience Minimum 2 years experience Qualification Bachelor s in Computer Science Salary AED to Location JAFZA Dubai United Arab Emirates Company WOM Valves Description Overview We are seeking a handson IT Support professional to join the team based in JAFZA Dubai The role combines daytoday user support with ERP assistance hardware maintenance and smallscale web intranet customisation tasks The ideal candidate is technically curious comfortable working both remotely and onsite and capable of training endusers on systems and workflows Key Responsibilities Install configure desktop and laptop hardware operating systems network connections printers and scanners Support ERP rollout and ongoing operations including installation integration troubleshooting and enduser training Customise internal workflows intranet portal components and basic website features to meet business needs Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and onsite perform diagnostics and implement fixes for software and hardware faults Test and evaluate new technologies update software and drivers and manage routine patching Provide companywide support for IT equipment coordinate repairs and liaise with external vendors when required Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in computer science or a closely related field Technical skills Strong hardware and networking fundamentals familiarity with peripheral devices printers scanners ERP exposure Experience supporting ERP systems installations integrations user support and basic customization Experience At least 2 years in a similar IT support role Other Strong troubleshooting skills good communication for user training and willingness to work onsite at the JAFZA location as needed
