Fitout Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day site execution of fit-out works including MEP, civil, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support during execution.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
• Verify work completion for billing and ensure snag-free project handover.
