Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Orkes Conductor (or Netflix Conductor) to help us build and maintain scalable, reliable workflow orchestration systems. You'll be working on backend services, integrating microservices, and developing complex workflows that automate business processes. This role involves maintaining system stability, ensuring uptime, handling incidents, and supporting development teams in integrating and operating Conductor workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot
- Create, manage, and optimize workflows using Orkes Conductor
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and external services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product
- Write unit, integration, and system tests
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability
- Provide L2 / L3 support for Javamicroservices and Conductor workflows
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs; set up alerts and dashboards
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, investigate root causes, and provide fixes or workarounds
- Collaborate with DevOps / SRE teams for deployment and scaling strategies
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high system availability
Required Skills
