Position
Senior Project Controls Manager, in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Bachelor Level Degree from Civil Engineering or Architectural background
- Minimum 12 years’ project controls experience; minimum 5 years in GCC
- Previous experience on large-scale island-infrastructure and mixed-use assets projects
- Strong communication skills (technical writing, presentations to C-Level), leadership, and coordination with multiple departments
- Experience working for PMCs and / or Developers for pre-contract and post-contract
- Excellent Primavera P6 software skills and MS Office proficiency
Responsibilities
Lead Project Controls for a large-scale island development project, directing the controls team and consultants including PMCsAttend senior-level project meetings with internal teams, consultants and contractorsLead upstream progress reporting and downstream data collection and verificationDevelop and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and presentations for managementCollaborate with department leads to prepare delivery and development strategies; create and maintain the master scheduleReview schedules from Consultants and Contractors and integrate into the master programmeIdentify, track and log key issues impacting the schedule; raise timely red flagsLead preparation and tracking of tender event schedules with procurement and other departmentsManage logic networks based on critical path (P6)Review internal processes such as change requests, interim payment applications and bidders listsWhy choose AtkinsRéalis?
