Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company s food grocery products across assigned routes and accounts Manage timely deliveries ensure accurate invoicing and collect payments as per company policy Maintain attractive merchandising and stock levels at customer locations to maximise sales Build and sustain strong relationships with shop owners wholesalers and ontrade customers to drive repeat business Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily route activity to the sales supervisor Keep delivery vehicle clean stocked and in compliance with company safety standards Requirements Valid UAE Manual Driving License mandatory Prior experience in van sales FMCG distribution or route selling is preferred Good command of English knowledge of Arabic Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a targetdriven mindset Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and ability to work independently Physically fit and able to handle loading unloading duties as required What We Offer Opportunity to work with a reputable FMCG distributor and grow in a sales role Supportive field sales structure and regular route planning from the office Performancebased incentives where applicable
