  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, product) to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (campaign ROI, digital analytics, customer engagement) and prepare reports.
  • Support event planning, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners for marketing deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications and materials.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Encourage and curate User Generated Content (UGC) from customers to build brand authenticity and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify UGC campaigns and expand reach.
  • Moderate, repurpose, and integrate UGC into brand channels while ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
