What will you do Plan implement and manage sales educational workshops and Identify bottlenecks in the sales process Suggest solutions in a timely manner Identify labor with needs strengths and weaknesses Identify needs for sales skills improvement Set up and monitor sales processes Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns Stay uptodate with latest sales trends and best practices What do we expect from you You have a proven track record in the field of freight forwarding and or shipping You can show that you are able to identify and qualify opportunities and prioritize sales efforts to closing deals quickly You have a nose for optimizing profitability by cross sell or upsell by new discovering new market opportunities and are not afraid of creating them yourself You understand the market and you bring a solid network with customers suppliers and industry partners You like to interact with different people and are good in creating and maintaining customer relationships You are comfortable in working with CRM systems You are a fluent writer and speaker of English
