SAP S / 4 HANA CS & CMM Functional Consultant

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a SAP S / 4 HANA CS & CMM Functional Consultant for a client in Dubai, UAE.

Must-Have : 8+ years of SAP ISU experience, with 3+ years in implementation and 4+ years in support roles.

Strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Customer Service (CS) & CMM, including base customizing, configuration, and integration with SAP modules (PS, FI / FICA, CO, SD / MM / PP).

Hands-on experience in SAP CS processes, such as Interaction Center, Move-in / Move-out, Service Notifications, Work Orders, and Disconnection / Reconnection.  Proficiency in SAP Master Data configuration, queue handling (TRFC / QRFC), workflow design, and web service integration with SAP S / 4HANA.

Nice to Have : Experience in S / 4HANA CMM WEB-UI , SAP Collection Management WEBUI , and IC Web Client integration .

Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., SYCLO, Work Manager, MRS, IVR, and CTI ) and mobile applications like Fiori .
