Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with all consultants, ensuring a unified response to the developer's vision, program, and standards.
- Manging the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the in- house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget, schedule, and phasing requirements.
- Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.
- Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the in- house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Track deliverables, submissions, and key milestones to report progress.
- Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.
- Provide contractual support to the Clients project teams.
- Monitor contract compliance, addressing deviations with the Client teams.
- Assist in contract negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and review financial and commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Engineering, Law or Quantity Surveying. MRICS or equivalent certification is preferred.12+ years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure projectsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control softwareProficiency in contract management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Unifier).Soft Skills
