STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL SPECIAL FACILITY

Were looking for an experienced Structural Engineer / Civil Coordinator to oversee civil engineering coordination for 220kV and 33kV GIS substations (ESF area). The ideal professional will have 10-15 years of experience working with consultants or contractors on recently completed 220kV or 400kV substations within TRANSCO / utility projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate civil engineering scope for substation infrastructure foundations, cable trenches, equipment pads, and structure integration.
• Review and validate civil designs (ETABS / SAFE), interfacing closely with substation layout, electrical, and structural teams to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and TRANSCO stakeholders through site execution and handover phases.
• Provide inputs for foundation design, soil investigation review, and civil detailing aligned with TRANSCO standards.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and preparation of civil deliverables including RFQs, BOQs, and interim reports.
• Maintain high quality control standards and ensure all civil execution meets technical specifications and safety guidelines.
