Healthcare Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East. As a Healthcare Project Manager you will play a crucial role in planning executing and overseeing projects.

Lead and manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.

Manage business development activities including proposal development and active client relationship building.

Manage and develop teams and contribute to creating a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Medicine Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field or Masters degree in Public Health Health Administration medicalclinical biopharma or related field

Minimum of 6.5 years of relevant experience

Previous consulting experience of minimum of 3 years required

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare projects

Excellent understanding of the regional healthcare market including KSA UAE and others

Proven project experience in one or more key healthcare and life sciences topics including but not limited to : public health population health management valuebased healthcare health financing healthcare operations models of care life sciences and pharma strategy pharma localization others

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams

Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
