Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of oral and maxillofacial conditions in patients
- Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Perform various surgical procedures, including facial reconstructive surgery, implants, and trauma surgery
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, addressing complications and ensuring patient comfort
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation for all patient interactions
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery to enhance practice

Requirements
Medical degree with a valid dental and surgical licenseCompletion of an accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeryPossession of relevant fellowship training is highly regardedDemonstrated experience in performing complex oral and maxillofacial surgical proceduresProficient knowledge of surgical techniques, principles, and current advancementsExcellent diagnostic skills and clinical judgmentEffective communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teamsTeam player with a commitment to the highest standards of patient careStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCommitment to providing patient-centered care and ensuring safety in all practicesEngagement in ongoing training and professional developmentAbility to adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment and handle multiple priorities efficientlyBenefits

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
