Counselor Academic Coordinator

Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education Psychology Counseling or a related field Prior experience in counseling and or academic coordination preferably in schools or educational institutions Strong understanding of student development learning strategies and educational best practices Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality Knowledge of UAE or local education regulations is preferred Responsibilities Student counseling and guidance Academic program planning and coordination Problemsolving and conflict resolution Communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Empathy patience and confidentiality Data tracking and reporting
