Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' conditions, document observations, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards of practice.
